Roster Role: 6:30pm Setup & Welcoming

SETUP & WELCOMERS 

You are the first point of contact for many people coming to night church and with that, we want to reflect the love of Jesus and the warmth of our church community.

• Your role is to ensure that the chairs are set out and that the welcoming table is out the front (or inside if it is wet weather) with the top row of windows cracked open and to greet people at the door and introduce them to the welcoming team/church regulars
• Arrive at 6 and ensure that the name tags in the red folder are on the table
• For any newcomers, please write their name on a name tag, introduce them to a welcoming team member, encourage them to fill in a connect card
