1. Arrive at 9.15.
2. No need to set anything up.
3. Your main job is to smile, say hello, make everyone feel welcome
4. Guide regulars to collect their own name tags from the stands (they know where to find them and it's faster than you hunting for it). Seniors might need assistance.
5. Look out for newcomers.  If in doubt, ask!  "I don't think I know you. Are you here for the first time?"
6. Offer to write newcomers a name tag.  Give them a brochure and connect card.  Bring them inside and guide them to a seat.  Look for anyone you can introduce them to.  It's fine to leave your post at the door to help a newcomer settle in.  
7. At the end of the service, look for newcomers, chat to them, introduce them to people, invite them to fill in the connect card.
